Peccole Ranch - Just outside Summerlin and west of The Lakes, Peccole Ranch is a wonderful community of homes and condos with 12 communities, 5 of which are gated. All residents of Peccole Ranch have access to extensive greenbelts and miles of walking trails, which are outfitted with "Parcours" work-out stations. If you enjoy the outdoors for walking, jogging and cycling, Peccole Ranch is hard to beat. 

Summerlin - Consists of 22,500 acres along the western edge of the Las Vegas Valley. This is the fastest selling master planned community in the United States. There will eventually be 30 villages, each with a separate and distinct character. Sun City Summerlin is located here, with over 6,500 homes already completed and is close to being built-out. The future construction in Summerlin will be to the south. Summerlin increased its market share by fourteen (14%) percent in 1997."The Willows" west of the Lakes started in 1997 and features a builder center model complex with a total of 38 models. Phase 3 is being planned for this year and will include some custom lots. The Red Rock Country Club at Summerlin is a private guard gated community. It will feature 1,000 single family homes, 87 custom lots, and two Arnold Palmer designed championship golf courses. The projected completion of the beltway in about 1 year, will ease the commute from Summerlin to downtown and other areas of the valley. 

The Lakes - Located directly west of the Las Vegas Strip off Sahara Ave. Features lakefront properties, tract homes and condo's. This is a mature community with most of the construction completed is the 80's. It has a lot of esthetic appeal with lakes, jogging trails and such. Very nice, worth a look.

 Queensridge - Adjacent to Summerlin, Queensridge is a guard-gated community with a spectacularly grand entrance. Whenever I visit Queensridge, I feel as though I’m in Europe and certainly very far away from the reality of Las Vegas. I think people who choose to live in Queensridge feel exactly as I do. This lovely illusion has only detached homes. Residents have access to a golf course, tennis courts and a community center with health and beauty spa.
